Weekend Delivery
Monday through Saturday will be considered as a delivery day for orders using Premium Shipping Options.

Domestic Standard Shipping
Transit Time (excluding handling time): 2 – 3 Days
Domestic Expedited Shipping
Transit Time (excluding handling time): 1 – 2 Days
Domestic Two-Day Shipping

International Shipping (Canada)

RETURNS

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

Items shipped from Bryant Global Market, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Note, perishable goods such as Coffee, Cookies, and Teas must be returned within 15 days of shipment.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. 
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of damage or use.
  • Opened perishable goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
